届出荷送人を取得します。 届出番号（***notificationNo***）を指定して、届出荷送人を取得します。 このAPIで獲得できる届出荷送人は、[国際海上輸出コンテナ総重量確定制度（改正SOLAS条約関連）](https://www.mlit.go.jp/maritime/maritime_mn8_000008.html)の届出荷送人・登録確定事業者一覧を基にしています。
