GET /API/v2/Trades/Histories/GetNotifyOperationByWebhooksAdmin/{historyId}
履歴IDを指定して、Webhook通知を行う操作履歴モデルを取得します。 履歴ID（***historyId***）を指定して、Webhook通知を行う操作履歴モデルを全て取得します。 このメソッドはシステム管理者が利用できます。
